I have developed EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARD policy for the hospital and kindly check the attachement. This will be implemented to award monthly to three employee who demonstrates a high level of job performance, quality customer service. Hope you would like the policy and requesting you to guide me if any changes to be made in the policy.
