Hello Everyone, I am working as an Executive HR in an RMC Manufacturing Company. According to ISO training standards, every employee needs to undergo 12 hours per year of training. Our HR manager is located in another office and consistently reminds us to conduct training programs. Being new to the HR department, I have coordinated with all department heads to understand the training requirements of their subordinates. The majority of them have complained about communication and written skills, while a few have suggested technical skills training such as MS-Excel and Health & Safety.
Suggestions for Organizing Training Sessions
Could you please suggest how I should proceed with these training sessions? Whom should I contact, and how should it be organized?
