My salary breakup for a new offer is as follows:
Basic Salary
- Annual: 15,600
- Monthly: 1,300
Ad-Hoc Pay
- Annual: 250,224
- Monthly: 20,852
Other Allowances
- PF (Annual): 31,899
- HRA (Annual): 159,494
- Conveyance (Annual): 9,600
- Child Education Allowance (Annual): 2,400
- Supplementary Allowance (Annual): 91,000
Gross Pay
- Per month: 44,000
My question is, why is my basic salary so low? Is there any reason for that? Also, what is ad-hoc pay? How much of it is taxable? And what will be my in-hand salary per month?
