Can You Withdraw PF While Still Employed? Seeking Advice on Process and Possibility

Dear Seniors/Friends, please suggest about PF withdrawal. Is it possible to withdraw PF during job duration? Suppose a person has been working on a farm for the last three years and wants to withdraw PF without giving resignation. Is it possible, and if so, what is the process?

You can apply for benefits that are available under the PF Act, but you cannot withdraw the PF amount when you are in service. Refer to the PF Act of 1952 for benefits.
