I am working in an IT consulting company, and my domain is Employee Relations. Here, I am working as a bridge between the management and the consultants working on our company's payroll in the US.

Here we take care of their queries and concerns related to HR documents and other formalities, payroll, insurance, vacation/leave, paystubs, expenses, and a little about their Visa and H1.

In short, you can say it is everything and anything related to the issues of consultants working with us.
