PF Office Inspection Process

Hello Everyone,
I would like to know what all documents/registers are checked by the PF enforcement officer during their inspection visit when we apply for the PF registration. Please help.

Mahalakshmi, but what about the first time inspection. We are just applying for the registration as we have just crossed the 20 employees mark.

For registration of yoru company under PF, they will check your Muster to assess how many people are actually working in ur establishment. They will also ask about Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, list of authorised signatories, company PAN copy, company address proof in teh form of electicity bill, etc.
