Hello all friends, I have 5 years of HR experience in India, and now I have shifted to Oman with my husband on a family visa. Recently, I joined a security system solutions company in Mawailah (Muscat) as an HR Executive.
Issue with Employee Visas
Now, the problem is that in my company, two employees are from India, having working visas from another employer, but they are sitting in our office and working for our company. Consequently, my boss is asking me to create a mutual understanding agreement for the visas of these two candidates from that other employer (the agreement between my company and X company).
This is the first time I am facing this situation, and I don't know how to draft such an agreement. I seek help from all of you. If possible, please send me a sample copy of such an agreement.
