Reg: Esic - Xls Download

Hi All,
I work for a S/W development firm and we are 50 in number. We are paying ESI and PF on time. We pay ESI for 6 people and PF for all of employees.
Recently we revised the salary and nobody is getting a salary less than 10,000/-.
Do we need to pay ESI for them?
Please confirm.

ESI applicability has been revised till 15000/- since more than a year. So even the salary is above 10000/- then it is applicable.

Can you give me an simple Spreadsheet to calculate on monthly basis. Since its just 6 members I ca do it single shot. I want to rectify the happened errors and streamline this ASAP.

For ESIC now days you not need to calculae anything by yourself just log in ESIC, with your given user id & password, provide by ESIC. And you just have to do some data entry as working days and salary after that everything will be calculate by system itself.

Hi Vignesh,
the concept of rs 10000 is change into rupees 15000.
this 15000 is the gross salary.
for remitting u r monthly returns, first u should Have log in credentials to esi site.
Log into site and on the right hand side u will have monthly contributions link.
Click on that and a new window will open, from this page u can download "MC TEMPLATE".
U can enter the data into this excel and upload it in the same page.
It will creat challan and the amount to be paid in bank.
Done u have filled u r company ESI monthly returns.
