Ex-Employees of MH50808: How Can We Ensure Our PF Forms Reach the Right Office?

Dear seniors,

Our past company (MH50808) has terminated staff, and those who left since November 2012 have not submitted their PF forms to the PF Commissioner's office in Bandra yet. The duly filled PF forms of the aforementioned staff are still lying in the Worli office of Arshiya International Limited. The company has not yet submitted the forms to the Regional PF Commissioner in Bandra.

What action should be taken, as I am also an ex-staff member of the company?

Filing a Complaint with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

You can make a complaint to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC) concerned. He will take action against the company and settle your grievance.
