Respected Senior, I am an HR Professional with around 5yrs of experience and I am working for a company which is recognized as an international company have its corporate office in UK, London, and other offices in USA, China, Singapore, Indonesia, etc.
I have joined this company with the responsibility of setting up the HR department. I have done several things in HR starting from basics of maintain personnel files, documentation completion of all employees, staff Master database, centralizing of all Pre recruitment and Post recruitment activities Pan India, approval matrix, exploring maximum Free Recruitment sources like social networking websites, free job portals, free consultants, employee referrals, etc.....issuance of timely and correct letters to employees like offer letters, effective salary negotiations, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc....other than this- policy designing and implementations related to attendance, leave policy, mobile phone, etc...Under compliance, I have made registered the company under PF and ESI compliances, calculation of necessary deductions, salary structure revision, payroll processing, Identity cards preparation mandatorily for all staff, Putting BIOMETRIC ELECTRONIC attendance system.. designing job descriptions for all profiles, performance appraisal forms designing, arranged outstrips for staff members, various employee engagement activities like a Fashion show, potluck party, etc....
BUT, the top management is not recognizing me for any kind of appreciation or any salary increment RATHER than this my appraisal coming in July 2013 and they have are trying to pressurize me in one or the other way...always try to make out my mistakes and delays...and always pinpointing me that you have not done this or its responsibility of HR, it should be done or that should be done...
I am really very disheartened and demotivated by their kind of behavior... I am looking for no hope for any kind of good and deserving salary increment in Jul13.
Please advise me/suggest, me what should I do....as they are also not ready to give me any helping hand... Should I leave this company and look for some other sensible organization to utilize my hard work where I can be rewarded accordingly...
