As a trainer you would need to be confident to present to the audience.

If I may suugest, when we post requests such as this, it is highly recommended that we clearly state what our background is and who will be the audience, how many are involved and what's the timescale of the training programme will be, etc.
May we please know whether you have conducted any training so far. If so, to whom and on what topics? How long have you been a trainer to conduct a Workshop for trainers?
