If I may suggest, when we post requests such as this, it is highly recommended that we clearly state what our background is, who the audience will be, how many are involved, and what the timescale of the training program will be, etc.

May we please know whether you have conducted any training so far? If so, to whom and on what topics? How long have you been a trainer to conduct a workshop for trainers?
