About PF Deduction [Thread 459899]

Recently there was notification about PF deduction. Previously it was applicable on basic/DA. Now, as per new notification special allowances are to be considered will calculating PF.
Please clarify when this notification is being applicable and the basis of PF deduction. If possible with an example including basic and allowances.
