Retirement Dilemma: Gratuity and PF Eligibility for Post-Retirement Work?

I am working in a leading tyre manufacturing company. One of our employees attained the retirement age on 05.05.2013. Due to a shortage of manpower, we requested him to continue the job for another two months, and he agreed to do so. I have a couple of doubts:

1. Suppose he left the job on 05.05.2013, would he be eligible for gratuity payment? This is because he only has 2 years of experience with our company.

2. If he continues the job after the retirement age, is he still eligible for PF deduction?

As of now, he is not eligible for gratuity. However, if he leaves your employment after 5 years of total service, he will be eligible for gratuity.

He is eligible for PF deduction but not for the pension fund if he has completed 58 years of age.

The employee, after attaining 58 years, is not entitled to contribute to the Pension fund. If he was a member of the pension fund for more than 10 years, he can apply for a pension in Form 10D. Otherwise, he can apply for withdrawal benefits in Form 10C. The full amount of 12% of his salary that you, as the employer, are paying as a contribution, shall be credited only into his EPF account.
