Now this is here I am facing the problem. When I go for domestic Hr recruiting interview they are saying that “we are looking for experienced domestic recruiters”. Please advice if I can be considered for domestic process

I cannot help you but the answer is yes, you can shift from International to Domestic Recruitment. u can initially shift in the same company and then move to another company.

Try using your network...or moving into International recruitment in a company which also has domestic recruitment. Later on you can move into Domestic in that company. Hope this helps.

Recruitment is an art beyond boundaries. It doesn't matter what geographical location you are focusing on, but keeping upto date on the latest trend is very important. I have many of my friends and team members who have moved from international to domestic recruitment. At the same time, I have seen many who do not want to leave international recruiting experience as they feel it is more structured and get better benefits.
