Need Creative Ideas for Naming Our Employee Fun Fund – Any Suggestions?

We are planning to conduct employee fun gatherings or in-house programs. For that, employees need to contribute some amount. We need to add a name for this program. Please, can anyone help me come up with a name?

Dear Gowthami, this initiative is towards employee engagement. Please organize a competition internally. Ask the employees to name the event; this way, you will be able to engage them right from the beginning. In case there is more than one name under consideration, call for a vote.

How big is your employee strength? You can opt for either an online or offline contest. Keep a box and request your employees to drop their proposed names written on a piece of paper.

Why is the company not allocating money towards entertaining employees? No one shows interest in spending money or joining such programs. In any company, a separate budget will be allocated as "Entertainment Expenses." People find it challenging to contribute towards marriages, etc., as this is becoming a regular practice. If it is discontinued, you will face questions again. Hence, avoid collecting amounts from employees for their entertainment. Nowadays, no one can spare time because of their workloads and targets.
