How Do I Calculate Net Salary with Fixed Components and Deductions?

Fixed Salary Structure for Employees

Management has decided on fixed salaries for some employees, i.e.:

- Gross: 35,000
- Basic: 6,550
- HRA: 5,050
- Conveyance: 6,000
- Education: 6,200
- Medical: 6,200

After PF and PT deductions, the net amount is 34,014. They are looking for a formula to be used. Please help me.
