The mentioned training process in not complete. It does not talk about Training Development anywhere. Training Development is a major part of the Training Process and without it the Training Process in not complete. Please review the following link Instructional System Design (ISD) Handbook (ADDIE)
and upgrade your knowledge.

Here I have given very basic steps in training process. This is for understanding purpose only for new aspirant, later they can study in details.
Even in the basic steps you need to cover all the major sub processes! You can't skip a major portion and say that it is basic knowledge only....
