I have come across a good article by Devashish Chakravarty an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus , classifying types of employee in an organization. Universally this may stand true. Humans are boud to be different and unique because of their genetical constitution and mileu they have been shaped.
But information and consciousness about Types of Employees may help self as an employee and as a manager to modufy behavour of self as well of team members.
