Updated Govt Notifications Of Jharkhand

Looking for the current MInimum Wages Notification & Professional Tax slab of Jharkhand.

Please clarify that for which schedule employment(for which industry) you need the MW notification. .

Sl No. Class of Tax Assesses Amount of Tax Payable
1 Persons whose income exceeds three lac rupees per annum but done not excess five lac rupees per annum. 1200
2 Persons whose income exceeds Five lac rupees per annum but done not excess eight lac rupees per annum. 1800
3 Persons whose income exceeds eight lac rupees per annum but done not excess ten lac rupees per annum. 2100
4 Persons whose income exceeds Ten lac rupees and above per annum 2500

I appreciate your sincere concern & effort. I am looking for the details pertaining to Construction Industry & will need scanned copy of the Govt
notifications of the current year for -
a) Minimum Wages ;
b) P.Tax Slab ,
It will be very helpful , if could kindly upload the documents .

Sir, if want to know that if a newly joined unskilled worker in any construction industry , he will definately gets minimum wages as per govt. rule of that state. But after continuous work of one or two year , definitely he has a ability of getting Skilled category payment so why he is not getting skilled category of wages after getting some experience in the same field and similarly it will be in skilled category to high skilled category also . If skilled category working continuously for amny years i.e. for more four or five years of continuous working in the same area ,so why he is not eligible to get high skilled wages rate because definitely after some years he has an ability of high skilled .
Please rectify it and if its not than if possible kindly suggest the higher authority tomake some rule about this also.
