Kindly let me know how to generate a TEXT FILE for Annex-II as per the order of the EPF department. I have completed my Excel file but am unable to generate the text file. Please advise.
It is very easy to create a text file. The procedure is the same as creating an ECR file every month. You need to save your Excel file in CSV (comma delimited) format first. Then open this CSV file with Notepad, replace all "," with "#~#". Delete the rows that do not relate to actual data, such as headings, etc. Finally, save this file as a TXT and upload it.
