I am working in a Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Company, and we do not have any separate policy for the third-party contractors who are working with us. Our Management wants me to create a separate policy called "Contractor Management Policy," which includes the dress code, working hours, how to maintain the record of contracted employees' whereabouts, etc. However, I have never come across such a policy, and I would like to request all of you to give me some ideas about similar policies that you are following in your company.
