I am working in a small-sized furniture factory in New Delhi in a store, and now I have also been assigned to look after the Personnel Department. Our financial year starts from 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014. We are allowed a total of 5 CL, 7 SL (ML), and 12 EL per year.
Leave Entitlement for April 2013
As our first month of the year starts from April 2013 according to the financial year, I want to know:
1. How many CL will be allowed in April, i.e., in a month if somebody takes a leave?
2. How many EL can be taken in April 2013?
It's very urgent and should be according to labor laws.
