Struggling with Wage Calculations for Hostels in Andhra Pradesh (Oct 2012-Mar 2013)? Need Help!

Hi there, I am requesting information on the minimum wages and Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) payable for the period from October 2012 to March 2013 for hostels in all colleges and other educational institutes in Andhra Pradesh. I have the Government Order (GO) with me, but I am having difficulty calculating the total wage. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The government will declare Basic + VDA points = minimum wages from October 2012 to March 2013. Please find attached the CP index.
