ESIC Claims

Dear All,
We have implemented ESIC in our company from march 2013.
Employee had given their contribution for march month
On dated 26th April one of employee's father had hearth attack..
So is he can claim for medical benefits?

Dear Rakesh
No , he not entitled claim bill but ,in this circumstances only eligible for taking treatment in ESI Hospital
