Relieving Letter Format for Project Closure

An employee has not resigned from the company, but the company has closed its project due to financial crises. What should be the format for the relieving letter in this situation?

Please reply, it's very urgent.

An employer cannot relieve an employee with immediate effect just because the project is in a financial crisis. You need to inform the employee at least a month beforehand (as per the terms outlined in the appointment given to them) of the management's decision to relieve employees associated with that project. Furthermore, if your company falls under the Shops Act or Factories Act, you may also need to verify this before taking any action.

Thank you.

We have already informed all the employees about this a month ago. I am new in this field and the sole HR person. According to company policy, management is required to provide a relieving letter to all employees. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could share the letter format with me if you have one.

I am looking forward to your kind response.

Thank you.
