Did Not Get Any Offer Letter Or Call From Hdfc Bank

5th nov.. still no offer letter.. HR's phone is switched off.. I think I should look for other jobs.

Received an email on 17th November...saying "Extend Offer". Which had the Salary, Grade, and Profile written. It also said that this is not the final offer letter.. which will be given after a fitness certificate is received.
Can some one tell me when will the final offer be given?

Received my soft copy of Offer on 24/11/2014. Date of joining is not yet confirmed.
Feeling slightly relieved.... but eagerly waiting for the joining now.

Can any one tell me should I wait for the Date of Joining or should I directly go there and propose a date of joining ??
