I need clear picture of revisied DA of Shops and Establishment Act,Catering Establishment Act. Another thing it should be followed from which month salary calculation?

Please find attached the details of revised Minimum wages for Shops & Establishments / and the Catering Establishments after the DA got revised in this year. This will effect from 1st April' 2013.

In Jewellery shops , employee is working more than 25 employees , so it cover under the minimum wages Act 1948 . please let me any separate minimum wages to jewellery shops in state Tamilnadu.
