New to HR? Seeking Advice on Mastering Core Activities and Career Growth

Hello, my name is Sushma, and I am currently working as an HR executive in a U.S.-based company. Initially, I was informed that my role would involve performing core HR activities. My goal is to continuously learn and shape my career, and I believe this role offers the perfect opportunity to do so.

I understand that recruitment, a critical part of HR, is essential as no organization can achieve its main goal without the right manpower. This process is cyclical and remains constant, which I'm sure you all agree with. However, I'm interested in all HR activities, as keeping an eye on all of them in a systematic manner could provide me with a broader perspective and enhance my learning.

As a newcomer in this field, I am looking for opportunities to excel in various core HR activities. I am particularly interested in honing my skills and gaining a deeper understanding of these activities.
