How Should We Re-Designate a Photoshop Designer Who Also Writes Content?

Hi Seniors, this is Hema working in a software company. We recruited a candidate for Photoshop designing. We gave him the designation of Photoshop Designer, but as time went on, he also started doing content writing for our website and new products. Now that his probation is completed, we are planning to re-designate him with a new title that clearly explains his work. Could anyone please help me out with this?
