New Message Notification But No Message Visible – Anyone Else Facing This Issue?

Hi, it shows one new private message, but I can't see that message anywhere. The notification always comes through.

Did you try clicking the "PRIVATE MESSAGES" option near your name on the top right-hand corner of the page? Please [CLICK](https://www.citehr.com/private.php) on this. Still see the same? Then I think it's a page view issue. In case the problem persists, I would request you to update, and we will have your post forwarded to our CiteHR Moderator, Mr. Sid, to look into your issue.
