Respected seniors..! This is Brahmananda Reddy, pursuing an MBA in the 4th Semester. I have a doubt about HR audit practice, and I want to know what areas we need to concentrate on to become an HR auditor. Also, how is the future looking for HR auditors?

An auditor must have thorough knowledge and accuracy in finding mistakes and lapses. HR is a very vast subject. There may be very few auditors who are experts in all fields of HR, to my knowledge. In compliance management audit, there is a good scope in the future.
