Dear Seniors,
I am having seven years of experience in implementing and providing custom and packaged HR software solution in various industries like pharma , FMCG , chemical and IT. I learned a lot of thing interacting with HR personnel and got a good domain knowledge. I am basically an IT guy but passionate about HR solution/management.
I was actively involved in the providing software solution to range of HR functions like recruitment management system , organization structure management , man power planning , enterprise payroll management , Time management , training and development , performance appraisal , HR budget and planning , Employee relationship management , employee change management like promotion , transfer etc...
Now, i have decided to get the MBA in HR and get into core / strategic HR field. So, i can further extend and justify my HR domain knowledge and can be placed in good organization in HR department.
I understand that HRMS and Core/strategic HR is somewhat different things. But , they do have strong linkages. It means that operational HR which is the integral component of whole HR and provides the input to Strategic HR.
Please give your valuable inputs to have opinion about my aspiration.
