How Can I Withdraw My PF Without Employer's Signature After Leaving in 2006?

DINESH KOTHARI
Dear Seniors,

I want to know about the withdrawal of PF. I worked in a reputed company in Ludhiana from 2001 to 2006. After that, due to some personal reasons, I quit the company without submitting a resignation in June 2006. Six months later, in December 2006, I formally submitted my resignation to the company. During the period from 2001 to 2006, PF deductions were made from my salary. Now, I wish to withdraw the accumulated amount. However, I am unaware of my exact resignation date. Could you kindly guide me on how to proceed with the PF withdrawal process if the employer does not sign the withdrawal form?

I highly appreciate your valuable suggestions.

With Regards,

You have to fill out Form 19 and Form 10C and submit them to the HR Department. If your employer does not sign your withdrawal form, you can contact your local PF office.

Thank you.
