The Dues And Salary Is Not Released By Escon Elevator In New Mumbai

I joined this company on 14-2-2013 , and due to some kind of in the deviation or role , i have submitted my resignation on 28-3-2013 with one month notice , as per their appointment letter , but the management relieved me immediately , but they are not paying my salary for the 28 days which i worked and conveyence reimpursements for february and march 2013, i gave numerous mails sms to all level official up to MD i am not getting any proper response while releiving me they took my bank account number and they told me they will deposit my money by on before 10th april 2013 but still 19-4-2013 i don't get my dues or any commitment

so kindly inform me how will i move furhter to get my dues immediately

Dear Sampat,
When I resigned from Escon they paid me F&F settlement payment on the same day. I was really astonished because, most of the companies take at least a minimum of 30 days for F&F settlement.
I guess there must be some miscommunication in your case.
Kindly contact the payroll team in Escon as they would be in a better place to clear your payments.
