I AM WORKING IN A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, NEW DELHI. MY COMPANY BUY THE MEDICINE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY UNDER HIS NAME. COMPANY RECENTLY REGISTERED WITH ESIC AND PF.
I WANT TO KNOW THAT UNDER WHICH ACT MY COMPANIES COMES i.e factory act or shops establishment act etc..
I WILL BE SO THANK FUL FOR YOUR HELP

From your question, i presume u r a trading firm, hence would come under the Shops Act.

The reply given seems to be correct.
Yours is not a manufacturing company nor any hospital, hotel, educational institution, railway etc. So the presumption of it being a trading/marketing firm appears to be correct.
