Please confirm the Legal Gratuity & Workmen Salary Liabilities of a Public LImited Company
The said Company Assets (land, Plant & Machinery) have been sold by Public Auction for Recovery of Bank Loans
The Managing Director does not have any Assets in his personal capacity
The Company has Approached Gujarat High Court for Winding up Petition

Dear friend in legal trouble,
Since the company was an entity registered under the Companies Act, 1956, how the assets were sold in public auction without obtaining the permission of the Companies Court in a winding-up proceedings?
