I hav one doubt that Appraisal is calculated on Gross salary or CTC or basic,can any one provide me appraisal format,steps and calculations,please revert ASAP

Can any provide me appraisal meterial ,Bcz i joined as a fresher to hr,appraisals are happening our company, but i dnt know anything about appraisal, i am waiting for your valuable suggestions

Hi Amrutha
Appraisals will happen on the CTC Part only. To prepare the appraisal you should get the Appraisal forms filled by self & the Appraiser of the concerned department. Based on the various parameters you should refer to the management & they will take the decision on that.
