How FISH Principles Helped One Manager Turn a Toxic Team into a Positive Powerhouse

I have just read a wonderful book on motivation and improving the work environment. I would suggest that everyone should read this book. Please find attached the FISH Principles. There are four principles which are being introduced by Stephen C Lundin, Harry Paul & John Christensen. These principles are as follows: 1. Choose Your Attitude 😄 or 😳 2. Play 😂 3. Make their day 😄 4. Be present ðŸ'¡ It's like a storybook akin to the One Minute Manager series. There was a manager named 'Mary Jones' who was made Head of the department (the department was known as a TOXIC ENERGY DUMP because of their negative attitude towards work and organization). Initially, it made her scared to be the BOSS of these kinds of people, but then she decided to accept the challenge and change this TOXIC ENERGY DUMP into a positive ENERGY group. This whole transformation she did was based on the FISH PRINCIPLES. I personally felt a sense of energy flowing in my body when I was reading this book. Hope you will too. 😛
