Designing a Community Engagement Activity for ITC: Seeking Guidance and Ideas

I am an intern working at ITC (Human Resource Department), and I have been given a project to design a community engagement activity. For starters, I have visited an NGO serving leprosy patients, but now I want guidance on how to proceed further and what kind of proposal I should forward to the company.

Please connect with the CSR Team at ITC. They have successful programs at the village and suburban levels. You can plan activities that will address the top concerns of the target group. The first thing you might come across is raising funds for medical expenses. However, also consider looking into infrastructure building or providing system support for them.

These initiatives will support the community over a longer duration than a single day's event. Identify leaders within the company who can continue the initiative once your term is over.
