Here's a generic statement: "To support the business in achieving its results." However, this wouldn't be enough. Please share the business goals of your company, such as double-digit growth or expansion to newer locations.

Draw the Personnel and Admin's reference to this, such as "fast scaling up of the support services at the new centers."
