Do We Need to Submit EPF Forms 2, 3A, 6A, and 9 for Financial Year 2012-13?

For the financial year 2012-13, do we need to send the annual return (Form-3A, 6A) and nomination forms - Form-2 and Form-9 to the EPF office? Please advise us.

Dear AK, As PF has gone online, you don't need to file the annual return. However, there is no clarity on whether Form-2 and Form-9 need to be submitted manually or not.

Annexure II and Annual Return Filing

Annexure II is related to the Annual Return, and we have already filed the ECR during the year. That's all. Nothing has been communicated by the EPF department. If someone receives any notifications or circulars regarding this issue, please inform.
