Struggling with Missing NSSN Data for EPF: How Should I Proceed?

Dear Sir,

We have already forwarded information regarding an NSSN date of 05.11.2005. However, today, the EPF office sent a letter No. MH/PF/ADM/SRO AKL/62173 dated 28.08.2007, requesting the information once again. I visited the EPF office regarding the NSSN information, where they informed me that we have submitted 37 forms. Therefore, I requested them to kindly provide me with details on these 37 forms so that we can submit the remaining forms to you before the deadline. Unfortunately, their response indicated that there was no information in their computer system.

I also met with the PF commissioner, who was unable to provide the information I sought. Upon contacting the Nagpur office, they informed me that the office only holds information for their region and advised me to collect the information from your Akola office.

I kindly request your guidance on the next steps we should take.

Better put up an RTI under the Right to Information Act of 2005 if you believe that the PF employees are deceiving you.
