Karnataka Minimum Wages Notification 2013-2014

Dear Professionals,
Myself "Vikas" working as a HR-Executive, in Engineering Industry Bangalore. Can Anybody help me in getting the "Karnataka Minimum Wages Notification 2013 - 2014" for Engineering Industry in Zone II. As the same Information is not available in "Karnataka Labour Department" Website.
So Kindly help me in this Matter.
