New to SAP HR in Hyderabad? Seeking Guidance on Upcoming Projects and Career Paths

Can anyone kindly let me know about any SAP HR upcoming projects in Hyderabad as I am very new to SAP-HR and have heard of this forum from a few of my colleagues. Just that I have joined this forum now. At the same time, I have domain experience in Core HR, so I am not new to the HR functions, but I am more interested in becoming an SAP-HR expert. I am a fresher in SAP as I have recently completed my SAP course. I have tried to find help regarding SAP HR projects, but all in vain. I would be grateful to all the senior HR fraternities if they could guide and suggest me to have a better career in Hyderabad.

My name is Mangesh Matte. I have 5 years of experience in Finance and Insurance (sales) and I am looking to transition into HR. I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Pune through distance learning and have recently relocated to Hyderabad for career development. I am also undertaking a professional course related to Finance & Services.

I suggest that you go ahead, but being an expert in one field would be appreciated rather than gaining knowledge in parts. So, you can give it a thought and take a step according to your plans and aspirations.

I'm not a senior; I'm just a member of Cite HR like all of you. For your information, I'm not into SAP HR; I'm into Core HR functions in an IT company. However, I do have an idea about SAP HR, and I also have many friends working as consultants in various locations. This is how I have developed an interest and gained knowledge about its functionality.

I hope that in the future, I may explore opportunities in this field.

Thank you for your guidance. One of my friends completed the SAP-HR course at Methodecx when there was a good faculty, but unfortunately, there is no longer a good faculty there. That is the reason why I didn't join, even though my friend advised me against it. Could you please let me know if it is possible to pursue SAP while working a job? I would appreciate any advice from friends.
