How Can We Start an NGO to Empower Girls from BPL Families? Seeking Your Advice and Ideas

Hello everyone, I want some suggestions and inputs from all members of HRCite. Please do share your opinions. My friend and I both want to help the girl child, especially those from Below the Poverty Line (BPL) families. We want to start our NGO. Please suggest to us what we can do, how we can help young girls in their overall development, what assistance we can seek from the government, where we can utilize technology, and how we can convince families that their child is not a burden.
