EL & PL Query

Hi :
Our employees are entitled for 12 PLs a year. My query is for probationers, upon confirmation will they will entitled for the PL with retrospective effect i.e. get a credit of 6 PL of the probation period or the PL will start once the services are confirmed.

i.e. get a credit of 6 PL of the probation period or the PL will start once the services are confirmed. - PL will be calculated from the date of joining but will be credited for next calendar year for the work performed / rendered
