Nice to see someone writing on career change. I wonder if you have written Sanjiv Bhamre's book on the five myths of Career building which has been published by Tata Mcdowell. It says that a lot of people are able to figure out what they exactly want to do only by the age of 40-45 and often, it is too late by then. The sooner you found your passio, the better.
The pity is that none of the so called HR companies are working on this which incidentally happens to be the prime function of HRD- avoiding square pegs in round holes.

I thought the publisher was MACMILLAN ? Anyway, the correct name of the other publisher is Tata Mcgraw-Hill, and they are not the publishers of Sanjiv Bhamre's book.
