Navigating PF Withdrawal: Can I Access Both Employer and Employee Contributions?

I would like to know how I can withdraw my PF as I worked with a previous company for about four years. Can I withdraw my full PF amount, which includes both parts of the employer contribution, i.e., the Employee Pension Fund and the Employee Provident Fund? If I can only withdraw the Employee + Employer contribution towards the Employee PF, then when can I withdraw the employer contribution to the Employee Pension Fund?

Can I withdraw a partial PF amount and transfer a partial amount to my new PF account?

You can withdraw your full PF amount by sending Forms 19 and 10C through your previous employer.
