How To PF Withdraw

I would like to know how i can withdraw my PF as I worked with previous company about four years..
I can withdraw my full PF amount which includes both part of Employer contribution i.e. Employee Pension fund and employee provident fund.
If I can only withdraw Employee + employer contribution towards employee PF then when I can withdraw employer contribution employee Pension fund.
Can I withdraw partial PF amount and partial can transfer to my new PF account ?

Hi Nitin,
You can withdraw your full PF amount by sending forms 19 and 10C through your previous employer.

The above mentioned forms are attached in one of the threads. All you need to do is search for the same.
