Transitioning from IT Recruitment to Core HR: Seeking Training and Role Advice in Hyderabad

Hi, I completed my MBA in HR in July 2012 and have been working as a US IT Recruiter. Now, I am looking to update my profile and transition into core HR roles. Initially, I am seeking Core HR training in Hyderabad. Could anyone suggest the roles available for MBA HR Freshers and provide guidance on how to access those opportunities?
