Please guide me the topics which must be covered when we develop course on Personality Development.
I am planning to conduct training of Experienced staff. So please guide me considering it.

Good job IITD, Pune. Well the outline is more than enough for anyone to prepare the module. I would however, suggest for people to come up with their own course outline and materials so they feel comfortable with it.

I would also like to add Self Management and People awareness (Other awareness in retrospect with self awareness)
